I used Schachenmayr Catania (cotton), and Schoeller&Stahl Limone (cotton)
- fiberfill stuffing
- 1 polystyrene ball of 4.3 inches (11 cm) diameter
- 6 black glass beads (or plastic safety eyes) of 4 mm diameter
- 1 pair of 4mm safety eyes
With a 3mm hook and sport yarn, the hot air balloon will measure 4.3 inches (11 cm) diameter and 8.6 inches (22 cm) total height.
